Salon Policies:
To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all our clients, we kindly request that children not accompany you to your appointment. This policy is necessary due to limited space, seating, and safety concerns, as the salon environment includes sharp tools, hot equipment, and chemical products that could be hazardous to children. Our goal is to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to help us prevent the spread of illness.
Arrival Time: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving a few minutes early allows us to prepare adequately and ensures that you receive the full duration of your service.
Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, a 15-minute grace period is provided from your scheduled appointment time. During this period, we will make every effort to accommodate your late arrival and complete your services within the remaining time.
Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. This policy ensures that we can deliver high-quality service without rushing and respect the schedules of other clients. Rescheduling will allow us to allocate the appropriate time for your service and maintain overall efficiency in the salon.
Communication: If you anticipate being late or encounter unexpected delays, please contact us as soon as possible. Early communication allows us to adjust the schedule or make alternative arrangements to accommodate your situation.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy allows us to offer your time slot to other clients. Failure to provide timely notice may result in future appointments requiring a deposit or pre-payment.
No-Show Policy: A "no-show" occurs when a client misses an appointment without canceling in advance. Missed appointments will be documented as "no-shows," and you will be notified.
